Practice Activities

Using the information from the last blog post on goal setting, long and short-term goals and S.M.A.R.T. goals, you will apply the knowledge to complete these practice activities. First, click on the images one at a time and download as PDF. Then, complete each document using Adobe Fill and Sign and upload them to Google Docs. Email me the links of each document for grading. An alternative is to print out the documents, complete them, scan the completed documents to your computer and upload to Google Docs. There are three forms that you must complete: 1. The Wheel of Life-Rate yourself on a scale of 1 (lowest)-10 (highest) in each of the areas represented on the wheel. 2. Choose the area that you feel needs the most improvement (based on your values) and complete the second document (1-1-5 Goal Setting Worksheet). 3. Complete the document Goal Setting Templates. This document will help to prepare you for next weeks assignment by having you complete a list of long and short-term goals.
